Our first step for the booking process is to verify your event date is available, you can fill out the contact form below with your information and we will contact you asap to confirm your date is open for booking.  If you prefer to call us directly you can call 717-456-0060 and leave us a message if we are not able to answer at the moment.

PRICING

You will receive a copy of our contract will pricing to review prior to our consultation.

CONSULTATION

​

We will schedule our consultation. This can be done in person or over the phone. There is no cost for this appointment approximately 30 mins. We will go over important details for your event date and your vision. You will receive a copy of the contract to review.

IV

RETAINER

​

Securing your date. Once we have decided to move forward with the booking process a non-refundable $150.00 retainer will be paid in order to confirm your date with us.  Until that retainer is paid the date is considered unsecured.

TRIAL APPOINTMENT

​

This appointment can be scheduled either before you have paid your retainer or after.  Depending on your schedule and personal needs we can help you decide which option is best for you.  The trial cost is $100.00 per hour.  This allows for the option or a quick trial to ensure your comfort and trust with us or for a detailed trial allowing for multiple changes and a variety of options for looks. A trial appointment is strongly encouraged but not required.

CONTRACT

​

Once the retainer has been paid, we can finalize your contract either via email or postal mail.  The contract will be sent via email for you to review and complete.  Please contact us for any questions or concerns.

DAY OF PREPARATIONS

​

With the completed contract and retainer paid. You will receive a detailed instruction manual with schedule and invoice. This will confirm all of the important information for the day of as well as a breakdown of what all has been contracted and instructions for the client's receiving services.

THE DAY OF YOUR EVENT

​

We will arrive at the appointed time confirmed within your contract and start setting up.  Payment of the balance will be due at the time of services.
